15 minute Break

Every day at work I take one 15 minute break where I go out side and walk around. On that walk I stop and do the exercise in the video below: Since I've been doing this, I've noticed that my back doesn't hurt as much (from sitting all day) and I feel a lot more loose. The walk also wakes up my body after sitting for a wile. I like doing this at before lunch, around 10 or 11. Sometimes I don't get to it until after lunch. This is just one more small thing that I believe helped me loose weight.

My lunch


Here is an example of a typical lunch that I will have and that I had throughout my weight loss time:
This includes:
1. A bag of carrots
2. Cucumber slices
3. An avocado
4. A turkey sandwich with one slice of "Dave's killer bread" and three slices of turkey with two slices of tomato
5. 1/4 cup of almonds. 
6. String cheese (this is new because now I am doing more strength training so I am eating that for the protein)

This food would not be eaten just at lunch time, I would eat some at 10:00, 12:00, 2:00, 4:00 and a little on the ride home.
